Hopkins Royal Productions is well known for great productions and talent. Our audiences include not only families from all Hopkins schools, but also many theater-goers from the surrounding community who enjoy entertaining performances at Hopkins High School.

Welcome to Hopkins High School Theater Program, Royal Productions. We have a theatre program that challenges and excites while guiding students to a new level of excellence, and being passionate about those challenges. We strive to create a welcoming and diverse atmosphere that fosters creativity and passion among our students.
Our program produces a variety of captivating productions year-round, including the fall musical, winter one-acts, spring musical, and a spring play. Each performance promises an unforgettable experience, inviting not only students and families from all Hopkins schools but also audiences from the surrounding communities.
Hopkins also belongs to the highly competitive section 6AA in the Minnesota State High School League One-Act Play Festival, of which we are proud members.

Our Program
In our program, we embrace the values of inclusivity, teamwork, and skill development. Our goal is to be recognized for our work on, back and off stage, excel in the area of performing arts, and foster group cohesion, all while encouraging individual growth. Students leaving our high school theatre program will be prepared for any further collegiate and professional training. We strive to have a theatre program that challenges and excites while guiding students to a new level of excellence, and be passionate about those challenges.
