We will be closing out the 2024-2025 school year on Friday, June 20, 2025. After that time, you will not have access to your senior's information in Infinite Campus, the parent portal.

Additionally, your senior's apps account will be deleted on Friday, June 20, 2025. Documents and pictures stored in google drives will no longer be accessible.

All senior final transcripts will be sent when they are finalized in June. They will be sent to the college the student selected on their senior survey. If you did not complete your survey of if you need to make a change to your original request, please contact the appropriate person above.

Greeter's Desk will be staffed throughout the summer. Building office hours will be 8:00am-3:30pm.

Main Office will be staffed with clerical support throughout the summer. Office hours will be 8:00am-3:30pm.

Counseling Office Clerical Support: We will be fully staff with clerical support in the Counseling Office through Friday, June 20. Office hours will be 8:00am-3:30pm. Clerical staff in the guidance office will return the week of August 6.

Administration: Schedules for administrative staff will vary throughout the summer. Please feel free to contact them via voicemail or email, and they will respond to you as soon as they are able.

Teachers: The last day for teachers is Tuesday, June 10, and they will return Monday, August 25.

School Counselors: The last day for counselors is Tuesday, June 10, and they will return Monday, August 11. A counselor will be in the office one day a week for support over the summer.

In the late summer, all seniors will receive instructions to upload their senior photos for the yearbook.

Lifetouch will provide a free senior portrait opportunity during the school portrait days during the fall for any scholar who will not be submitting a senior portrait.

If you are taking your own photos this summer, please adhere to the following guidelines. NOTE: We will zoom in on photos to have approximately the same head size in each picture, so if you are taking photos that incorporate other elements, (a field, a lake, a car, etc.), those elements will likely be cropped out.

- Photos may not include props

- Photos should have a solid background

- Photos must be framed to include the head and shoulders. Distant photos that require a close crop may suffer in quality.

Leave any materials that need to be returned at the Greeter's Desk (Door A) during office hours.

Scholars with lockers were instructed to clean them out before they left for the summer. Any items left in lockers will either be thrown away or donated.

The fall 2025-2026 athletic season begins . Registration will open mid-July. Reminder that student-athletes need to have a current sports physical on file (within 3 years). If you need to submit a new physical, please fax to 952-988-4546 or email it to nicole.hancock@hopkinsschools.org. Reach out to the Activities Office with questions - 952-988-4691. Watch for an email from the Activities Office with further details.

If your scholar has not passed a class in their high school career and it will prevent them from graduating high school, you should have received an email from School Counselor Ms. Samantha Bratrud. This email provided information on how to sign up for in-district transportation to and from Summer School. This year, Summer School is June 16 to July 14, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 12:36 PM. Students can recover 4 high school credits.
